We compliment our traditional Operating lines of credit by: 1) underwriting fixed rate lines of credit for the secondary Agriculture Real Estate market, 2) offering term variable rate loans for equipment and capital improvements, 3) offering three and six month debentures to our stockholders at very competitive investment rates, and 4) providing for an irrevocable standby letter of credit to secure our deferred contract for Ag commodity sales.
