LEO BARTHELMESS, JR. – CHAIRMAN, MALTA
Leo is a lifelong resident of Montana spending most of that time in the Malta area and is a graduate of Malta High School. He is an active member of the community. Leo is a past 4-H shooting sports leader, an acting director of the Highline Wool Pool, a member of the Montana Wool Growers Association, and a past director of the Montana Stockgrowers Association. Leo began serving on the Board of Montana Livestock Ag Credit, Inc. in 2010. Leo and his wife, Darla, and family operate Barthelmess Ranch Corporation, a red angus cattle, targhee sheep and hay operation. Leo and Darla have three grown children and one grandchild.

STEVE LUND – VICE CHAIRMAN, WIBAUX
Steve is a graduate of Wibaux High School and Dickinson State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Business Management. He is a current member of the American Angus Association, Montana Angus Association and the Montana Stockgrowers. Steve is a past board member of the Montana Angus Association and currently is serving on the Fallon Medical Complex board of directors. Steve, his wife Melanie, and family operate Lunds’ B Bar Angus Ranch a small grains and purebred Angus operation near Wibaux

Lennie McDonaldLENNIE MCDONALD,  GEYSER
Lennie is a graduate of Stanford High School and Montana State University with a degree in Animal Science/Production.  Lennie is a member of the MSU Alumni Association, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, Montana Farm Bureau, Montana Hereford Association, Montana Public Lands Council and is also a member and past committee chair of the Montana Stockgrowers.  He is past president of Judith Basin Stockgrowers and president of the Highwood Mountains Livestock Association.  Lennie and his wife Marcia, and family operate Merrimac Cattle Company, a cow/calf operation near Geyser.

STEVE MOORE, TWO DOT
Steve is a graduate of Harlowton High School and received a degree from Montana State University in Mechanized Ag.  He is a member of the Wheatland County Farm Bureau, Two Dot Community Club, Wheatland County Stockgrowers and FSA Board.  Steve is also a director of Cream of the West.  He also volunteers for the local fire department.  Steve has served on the Board of Montana Livestock Ag Credit, Inc. since 2006.  Steve and his wife, Susan, and family operate Moore Livestock, a cow/calf operation near Two Dot.

Allie OlsenALLIE OLSEN, WHITEWATER
Allie is a graduate of Whitewater High School and Dawson College with a degree in Animal Science and Agri Business.  Allie serves on the Whitewater School Board and Red Coat Cattle Feedlot.  He is a member of the Phillips County Chamber of Commerce, Montana Stockgrowers, Montana Grain Growers and is a MHSA football official.  Allie also serves as a church deacon.  Allie and his wife Sue, and family operate Olsen Grain and Livestock, a cow/calf/grain operation near Whitewater.

Dale JohnsonDALE JOHNSON, BELT
Dale is a graduate of Belt High School and received a degree in Ag Production from Montana State University.  Dale is currently a member of the Montana Expo Park Advisory Board, a member and past director of Montana Stockgrowers Association and a past chairman of the Reef Committee.  Dale is also a past member and director of the Foothills Livestock Assoc. & Cascade County Weed Board.  Dale has served on the Board of Montana Livestock Ag Credit since 1993. Dale and his wife, Vickie, and family operate the Little Belt Creek Ranch, a cow/calf/yearling operation near Belt.

Jay RiceJ. D. RICE, CHOTEAU
Jay is a graduate of Choteau High School and received a degree in Ag Production from Montana State University. Jay is a member of the Montana Stockgrowers Association, National Cattleman’s Beef Association and member of American & Montana Angus Association. Jay has served on the Montana Livestock Ag Credit Board since 2001, the Teton Cooperative Reservoir Co., and Bynum Irrigation District. Jay & his wife, Linda, and family operate a cow/calf, commercial and registered Angus, operation near Choteau.

Phil RostadPHIL ROSTAD, WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS
Phil is a graduate of Helena High School and the University of Montana, with a degree in Business Finance. He is a director for the Montana Land Reliance and Meagher County Weed District, past director and current member of Montana Stockgrowers Association, current member of National Cattlemen’s Beef Association and Farm Bureau. Phil has served on the Montana Livestock Ag Credit Board since 1996. Phil & his wife, Joan, and family own the Rostad & Rostad Ranch, a cow/calf/small grain operation near White Sulphur Springs.

Randy SmithRANDY SMITH, GLEN
Randy is a graduate of Beaverhead County High School and received an Ag Production Degree from Montana State University. Randy is a member of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, a member and past director of the Montana Stockgrowers Association, and a member of the Southwestern Montana Stockman’s Association. Randy is also chairman of the Big Hole Watershed Committee, and has served as a state committeeman for FSA.  Randy has served on the Board of Montana Livestock Ag Credit since 1996.  Randy and his wife, Emily, and family operate Smith 6-S Livestock, a cow/calf operation near Glen.  Randy & Emily have 3 children.
