MONTANA LIVESTOCK AG CREDIT CELEBRATES THE BEINNING OF 75 YEARS IN BUSINESS! Montana Livestock Ag Credit, headquartered in Helena, held its Annual Stockholders' Meeting and Banquet in Helena, MT, Wednesday, May 20, 2008 celebrating the start of it's 75th year. Chairman Randy Smith presided over the business meeting and election of directors. Directors elected for three year terms included Mark Davies, Chinook; Dale Johnson, Belt and Randy Smith, Glen. On the Board, they join Joe Barrett, Augusta; Joe Etchart, Glasgow; Steve Moore, Two Dot; J.D. Rice, Choteau; Phil Rostad, White Sulphur Springs and Ross Wiederrick, Malta. During the Board's Organizational Meeting, the Directors elected Phil Rostad as Chairman and J.D. Rice as Vice Chairman for the coming year. President Tim Gill presented the Company's 2007 Annual Report to the shareholders', reflecting another very successful year for Montana Livestock. As the state's premier agricultural lender, the Company emphasizes short-term production loans and fixed rate real estate loans, and offers debenture investments.
